Your Swiss adventure begins at 9:00 AM in Lucerne. * ( We’ll reach Lucerne by train—40 minutes from Zurich or 1 hour from Bern.) We start with an adrenaline-filled ascent to Mount Pilatus via the world’s steepest cogwheel railway. After soaking in the 360-degree panoramic views, you’ll glide down by cable car and enjoy a tranquil boat cruise across the crystal-clear waters of Lake Lucerne. Next, we greet the "Queen of the Mountains"—Mount Rigi. Rising via Europe’s oldest cogwheel railway, you’ll experience a different side of the Alps: rolling green pastures and majestic vistas. The Soul of the Alps: A Taste of Tradition The true highlight of the day awaits on the slopes of Rigi. We’ll visit a local artisan who produces an incredible 12,000 kilograms of cheese every year. Using milk from his own alpine cows, he’ll host us for an authentic fondue tasting. This is more than just a meal; it’s a rare chance to savor the true flavors of Switzerland, shared with the person who crafted them, surrounded by breathtaking peaks.
